SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cubic Corporation (NYS: CUB) plans to hold a conference call on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (1:30 p.m. Pacific Time) to discuss its third quarter fiscal year 2013 financial results. The company expects to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 with the Securities and Exchange Commission and issue a press release distributed over a national wire service at approximately 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time that same day.
