Also, the controller is much bigger than its predecessor, almost as big as the Xbox One controller. The improved analog sticks and trigger buttons offer a better sense of control. There is a light bar on the DualShock 4 which exhibits different colors according to the number of players. It also changes colors to display useful game information like when a player is low on health.

The Share button is a welcome addition in the DualShock 4 as it will enable us to seamlessly share live gameplay and upload recorded videos on Facebook. There will also be a built-in mono speaker and headset jack in the DualShock 4 which, along with the bundled headset, will facilitate proper interaction among gamers which had been missing in the era of the PS3.

The improved ergonomics of the DualShock 4 will render a more comfortable hold and foster better control. Enhanced vibration in the DualShock 4 as compared to the DualShock 3 will ensure a better sense of immersion for gamers.
