Energen Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Energen Corporation (NYS: EGN) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 14.5 cents per share payable September 3, 2013, to shareholders of record on August 15, 2013.

Energen Corporation is an oil and gas exploration and production company with headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. Through Energen Resources Corporation, the company has approximately 750 million barrels of oil-equivalent proved, probable, and possible reserves.
