DEERFIELD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYS: CF) today reported that its Board of Directors has declared a $0.40 per share dividend on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2013 to stockholders of record as of August 16, 2013.
