Logitech Posts Invitation, Proxy Statement and Annual Report for 2013 Annual General Meeting
NEWARK, Calif. & MORGES, Switzerland--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (NAS: LOGI) today announced that it has filed its 2013 definitive proxy statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and posted its invitation, proxy statement and annual report for the 2013 annual general meeting on the Company's website at http://ir.logitech.com. Informational materials will be mailed to Logitech registered shareholders in early August. The annual general meeting will take place in Lausanne, Switzerland on Sept. 4, 2013.
