LORAIN, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of LNB Bancorp, Inc. has declared a cash dividend of $12.50 per share, or approximately $114,000, on LNB's Fixed Rate Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock Series B, payable on August 15, 2013 to the shareholder of record as of August 2, 2013.
