S.Y. Bancorp to Participate in Two Upcoming Investor Conferences
LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- S.Y. Bancorp, Inc. (NAS: SYBT) , parent company of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company, with offices in the Louisville, Indianapolis and Cincinnati metropolitan markets, today announced that its management will participate in two upcoming investor conferences.
On July 30, 2013, David P. Heintzman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Nancy B. Davis, Chief Financial Officer, and T. Clay Stinnett, Chief Strategic Officer, will present at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods' 14th Annual Community Bank Investor Conference held in New York City on July 30-31 and will participate in meetings with institutional investors during the conference. The investor presentation by S.Y. Bancorp is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. E.T. on Tuesday, July 30, and management's remarks will be available to investors via a live webcast. The Company's slide presentation will be posted to the investor section of the Company's website, www.syb.com, prior to the event, along with a link to the webcast, which will be available for replay for a period of 90 days.
Additionally, on Thursday, August 22, 2013, James A. (Ja) Hillebrand, President, and T. Clay Stinnett, Chief Strategic Officer, will attend the Raymond James Bank Conference in Chicago and also will participate in meetings with institutional investors during the conference.
