NanoTech Strengthens Commercial Business with Acquisition of MagicScreen3D

Glassless 3D Products Expand NanoTech's Commercial Media Produce Offerings

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NanoTech Entertainment (OTCPINK: NTEK) announced that it has executed a definitive agreement to acquire MagicScreen3D, Inc., market leaders in the commercial implementation of glassless 3D screen technology.

Jeff Foley, NanoTech CEO stated, "We are excited to add the MagicScreen3D products and IP to our portfolio. This acquisition will help continue our move into the commercial media space." Los Gatos, CA based MagicScreen3D has already rolled out its products with partners including Red Bull and venues including the Marquee in Las Vegas. A research study conducted by the University of Tilburg revealed that Red Bull advertising content on a glasses-free 3D monitors increases customer's attention by almost 45%. Also, the research indicated a positive impact on the sales (an 8.5% increase) of Red Bull products during the 3D advertisement test period. "By giving the viewer a true 3D experience while not requiring any glasses allows the MagicScreen3D products to help quickly captivate viewers," Foley added.

Wiseman noted, "Our clients have found that the interactivity and amazing 3D graphics produced by our screens helps customers not only engage more quickly, but also increases interaction and retention of the subject matter." MagicScreen3D offers solutions for a variety of uses including point of sale advertising, retail advertising, promotional kiosks and creative window displays. The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close by the end of July.
