Local homebuilding leader tapped to oversee KB Home's operations throughout Raleigh/Durham
RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KB Home (NYS: KBH) , one of the nation's largest and most recognized homebuilders, today announced that Tom Sewitsky has been named president of its Carolinas division. In this role, Sewitsky is responsible for all of the Company's homebuilding operations throughout Raleigh/Durham, from land acquisition and construction to sales and customer service.

Sewitsky arrives at KB Home with more than 20 years of experience in homebuilding, the past eight years in the Raleigh and Charlotte markets. Most recently, he was division president for Citizens Homes, a private regional builder. He began his career with Ryan Homes in Baltimore. Sewitsky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business and finance from Towson University.
