ADT Maintains Dividend

ADT has secured a new round of shareholder payouts. The company declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.125 per share, to be dispensed on Aug. 21 to shareholders of record as of July 31. That amount is in line with all of the firm's preceding distributions, the most recent of which was handed out in May.

ADT is a relative newcomer to dividend payments. It only started dispensing them in December of last year; the upcoming distribution will be its fourth.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $0.50 per share. That yields 1.2% at ADT's most recent closing stock price of $42.17.
