New Source Energy Partners Announces Second Distribution

OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- New Source Energy Partners L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (NYS: NSLP) (the "Partnership"), announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a cash distribution for the second quarter 2013 of $0.55 per unit. This distribution is the second declared by the partnership and corresponds to a 5% increase above the minimum quarterly distribution of $0.525 per unit, or $2.10 on an annualized basis, which was the rate used to calculate the distribution paid for the first quarter. The second quarter distribution will be paid on August 15, 2013 to all unitholders of record on August 1, 2013.
