Deutsche Bank Appointed as Depositary Bank for the Sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipt Program of Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş.
NEW YORK & ISTANBUL--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Deutsche Bank today announced its appointment as depositary bank for the non-capital raising sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program of Turkey-based Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş. (Coca-Cola İçecek).
Coca-Cola İçecek is the sixth largest bottler in the Coca-Cola system in terms of sales volume. Its core business is to produce, sell and distribute beverages of The Coca-Cola Company. Coca-Cola İçecek employs more than 10,000 people and has operations in countries including Turkey, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Jordan, and Iraq. It has a total of 23 plants and offers a wide range of beverages to a consumer base of more than 360 million people. Coca-Cola İçecek's shares are traded on Borsa Istanbul under the CCOLA.IS ticker.*
