GUESS What? We've Got a New CFO
Guess who just got a new Chief Financial Officer!? That's right. GUESS? did.
With interim CFO Nigel Kershaw due to leave the company on July 31, on Thursday, the Los Angeles-based clothing company announced it has tapped GUESS Europe CFO Sandeep Reddy to become the new CFO for the whole company.
Announcing the promotion, CEO Paul Marciano praised Reddy's "deep European and North American business and finance experience."
In a simultaneous SEC filing, GUESS? noted that it will be paying Reddy a base annual salary of $400,000, plus:
6,000 shares of restricted stock, and 18,000 stock options vesting over four years
an annual cash bonus of up to 40% of base salary
and an annual equity bonus comprised of shares and stock options worth up to 60% of base salary.
