EPS came in at $0.78. The 25 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ anticipated $0.75 per share. Non-GAAP EPS of $0.78 for Q3 were 22% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.64 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.83 for Q3 were 36% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.61 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 15.5%, 100 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 6.4%, 110 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 5.3%, 140 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. (Margins calculated in GAAP terms.)
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $11.01 billion. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.92.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $42.84 billion. The average EPS estimate is $2.61.
