The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 13485:2003 is an internationally recognized standard that prescribes consistent processes for the design and manufacturing of medical devices. The ISO 13485:2003 designation marks API Technologies' first medical-certified facility certification and enables the company to reach a broader audience of medical industry customers that require electronics work to be performed at certified facilities. With the ISO 13485:2003 certification, the Company's Windber, PA location will be added to a growing list of API facilities that boast the highest quality certifications in the world.

AS9100 Rev C certification, based on the ISO 9001 quality management systems standard, is an internationally recognized quality management standard for the aerospace and defense industry. Like the ISO 13485:2003, AS9100 certification involves a third-party verification process that includes a detailed review of the Company's quality processes and documentation. The recognition of the Company's Rochester, NY facility marks the ninth API Technologies facility to achieve AS9100 certification.
