Announces U.S. Commercial Launch of ORTHOLOC®3Di Ankle Fusion System

ARLINGTON, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wright Medical Group, Inc. (NAS: WMGI) today announced the U.S. commercial launch of the ORTHOLOC® 3Di Ankle Fusion System at the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) Annual Meeting 2013 taking place at the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood, Florida from July 17-20, 2013.


Offering six unique plate designs and five screw options, the ORTHOLOC® 3Di Ankle Fusion System offers implant options for a lateral, anterior, or posterior surgical approach. These options, combined with Wright's innovative 3Di Polyaxial Locking Technology, provide a versatile and comprehensive fixation solution, enabling the surgeon to create an ankle fusion plating construct specific to the unique needs of the patient. The ORTHOLOC® 3Di Ankle Fusion System further expands Wright's product portfolio to address the various complexities associated with treating ankle arthritis.

In addition to the ORTHOLOC® 3Di Ankle Fusion System, Wright will also be exhibiting several new line extensions related to the ORTHOLOC® 3Di Foot Reconstruction System, as well as featuring the innovative PROPHECY® INBONE® Total Ankle System at exhibit booth #103 at the AOFAS annual meeting. Wright will also be sponsoring several medical education and training events during the annual meeting with its mobile training lab located onsite.
