ValueClick to Announce Second Quarter 2013 Financial Results on August 1

(NAS: VCLK) today announced it will release its second quarter 2013 financial results on Thursday, August 1, after the close of the market. At 4:30 p.m. ET, ValueClick management will host a conference call and Webcast to discuss the Company's results.
