When Nokia recently rolled out its new Microsoft Windows Phone, a central feature was a camera that blows away all competitors with 41 megapixels of resolution. While Apple's iPhone is the single most used camera in the world, it is not likely the primary reason for the device's popularity, begging the question as to how effective Nokia's camera move will be in driving sales.
