NanoTech Completes Acquisition of Clear Memories

Plans to take profitable division global

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NanoTech Entertainment (OTCPINK: NTEK) announced that it has completed the acquisition of Clear Memories, Inc. of Napa California. Clear Memories is the premiere provider of 3D Ice Sculptures to the San Francisco Bay Area. Using award winning technology to create finely detailed customized ice sculptures, Clear Memories has been featured by many magazines and was highlighted the "Young Scientist Special" episode of the MythBusters TV Show.
