Mercer Names Don Bobo Denver Office Leader and Mindy O'Toole North American Technology Solutions Leader for Its Talent Business

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mercer announced today that Don Bobo has been named Denver Office Leader, reporting to Julie Humphries, Central Market Leader. Mr. Bobo will take on this role from Mindy O'Toole, who previously served as both Denver Office Leader and North American Technology Solutions Leader for Mercer's Talent business. Ms. O'Toole will now solely focus on her Technology Solutions role, reporting to Kim Seals, Global Technology Solutions Leader.

As Denver Office Leader, Mr. Bobo will be responsible for building and strengthening Mercer's client relationships and the company's overall go-to-market strategy in Colorado and the surrounding areas. He brings more than 20 years of consulting and corporate human resources experience to this important role. Since joining the company in January 2006, Don has served as a senior consultant in Mercer's Talent business and as a client relationship manager for the Central market. Before his time with Mercer, Mr. Bobo held positions of increasing responsibility in human resources management at Air Liquide and other leading global companies.

"Given his wealth of HR and consulting experience and knowledge, we are pleased that Don has taken on the leadership of our Denver office," said Ms. Humphries. "Since Don has been working with several of our Denver-based clients for years, the transition should be virtually seamless. I would also like to thank Mindy for her excellent leadership of the Denver office."

In her position as North American Technology Solutions Leader for Mercer's Talent business, Ms. O'Toole leads a team responsible for all Talent Technology sales, implementation, consulting and delivery of Mercer's Talent Solutions technology portfolio. Prior to joining Mercer in 2008, Ms. O'Toole spent more than 15 years in HR software industry leadership positions at such firms as PeopleSoft and Saba Software. She is also the co-founder of MPower Consulting, a consulting organization that specializes in providing guidance and project management capabilities to consulting services organizations.

"We are excited that Mindy can now focus her extensive technology solutions skills and abilities towards solving our clients' toughest talent and performance management issues," said Ms. Seals. "Mercer's unique combination of consulting, information, and technology is resonating more and more in the marketplace and Mindy's leadership and technical savvy are crucial to capitalizing on our extensive growth opportunities."
