FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Approach Resources Inc. will host a conference call on Friday, August 2, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) to discuss second quarter 2013 financial and operating results. The Company plans to issue second quarter 2013 results after market close on Thursday, August 1, 2013.
