Consumer Electronics: Where the Growth Is

While consumer confidence in technology spending is on the rise in the past few weeks, it's down year-over-year since last June. That's according to Shawn DuBravac, chief economist of the Consumer Electronics Association, or CEA.

DuBravac presented his findings at the recent CEA Research Summit at CE Week in New York City. Tablets sales are expected to continue to surge, making up about 80% of all computer sales by 2016.
