Home Emergency Insurance Solutions Water Line Repair Coverage to be Offered to Aqua Virginia Customers
RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Home Emergency Insurance Solutions (HEIS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HomeServe USA (HomeServe), a leading administrator of home emergency repair service plans, today announced an agreement with Aqua America, Inc. to expand services to nearly 19,000 homeowners located in the Aqua Virginia service territory. This is Aqua America's fifth territory to offer HomeServe's water line repair plans. More than 91,000 Aqua America customers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Illinois and Indiana currently hold a service plan from HomeServe.

"Aqua America was the first utility to partner with HomeServe ten years ago, and we are looking forward to expanding our service offerings to Aqua customers in Virginia."

Becker, President of Aqua Virginia. Becker noted that HomeServe has a 95-percent satisfaction rate with Aqua America customers in other states who have used the plan. "We're pleased that our customers here in Virginia now have access to this service," he said.
Aqua Virginia customers will be initially offered water service line insurance plans. Sewer service line plans will also be available. In addition to financial protection, Policyholders will have access to a Repair Hotline that is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to bring local, licensed and insured contractors right to their home for repairs.
