Affinity Gaming Names Richard Parisi New Board Chairman
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Affinity Gaming ("Affinity") announced that yesterday its Board of Directors (the "Board") met and appointed Richard S. Parisi as its new Chairman, succeeding Don R. Kornstein. Mr. Parisi, a senior investment professional with Silver Point Capital - Affinity's second-largest stockholder - was elected to the Board at Affinity's 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 14, 2013. Mr. Kornstein will remain a member of the Board.
