Tangoe Announces Mobile Lifecycle Advisory Service

Service provides mobile management maturity assessment helping organizations maximize the return on their mobility investments

ORANGE, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tangoe, Inc. (NAS: TNGO) , a leading global provider of Communications Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and related services, today announced the availability of its Mobile Lifecycle Advisory Service, which helps organizations maximize the return of their mobility investments. The Mobile Lifecycle Advisory Service is a vital component of Tangoe's comprehensive suite of Managed Mobility Solutions (MMS).


With the Mobile Lifecycle Advisory Service, organizations receive an objective assessment of their mobile management maturity to help them harness the power of mobility while controlling costs and minimizing mobile access, device, application, and data risks. The new service is based on Tangoe's proprietary Mobile Maturity Framework, which draws on deep industry expertise, current carrier and market intelligence, and the experience of peer groups to define how the best-in-class organizations maximize their return from mobility.

After assessing an organization's capability in these key areas, Tangoe assigns a mobile maturity rating, which ranges on a scale from "chaos" to "aligned". Tangoe then creates a custom roadmap designed to help the organization operate their mobility program for optimal organizational benefits.

Organizations can choose the "light version" of the service, which includes a review of the organization's strategy and cost management, an assessment of current contracts, and an overview of the organization's mobile estate; or, the "full version," which also includes a review of mobile-related risk, productivity, and innovation across the organization. These services are offered on an annual or recurring quarterly basis.
