Sealed Air Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
ELMWOOD PARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sealed Air Corporation (NYS: SEE) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable on September 20, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 6, 2013.
