H.B. Fuller Keeps Dividend Steady
Adhesives maker H.B. Fullerannounced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.10 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the payout almost 18% from $0.085 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Aug. 8 to the holders of record at the close of business on July 25. The adhesives maker has made quarterly payouts to investors since 1994.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.40-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1% based on the closing price of H.B. Fuller's stock on July 10.
