Releases Fourth Quarter and Full Year Fiscal 2013 Results on August 6, 2013

Fourth Quarter and Full Year Fiscal 2013 Results (Tuesday, August 6, 2013):

HARMAN will announce results for its Fiscal 2013 Fourth Quarter and Full Year on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. EDT.

At 11:00 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, August 6, 2013, HARMAN's management will host an analyst and investor conference call to discuss the fourth quarter and full year results. HARMAN will hold an Investor Day with the institutional investment community at the Museum of Jewish Heritage located at 36 Battery Pl, New York, NY, on Thursday, August 8, 2013.

The Company's Executive Management Team will outline HARMAN's long-term strategy and will provide financial guidance for fiscal year 2014, as well as a longer-term outlook. The program will include presentations by Dinesh Paliwal, Chairman, President and CEO; Herbert Parker, Chief Financial Officer; Sachin Lawande, President, Infotainment Division; Michael Mauser, President, Lifestyle Division; and Blake Augsburger, President, Professional Division and will conclude with a Question & Answer session.
