RIVERSIDE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Security Bank of California, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Security California Bancorp (OTCBB:SCAF), announced today the opening of a new loan production office at the corner of Fred Waring Drive and Washington Street in the heart of Palm Desert.
Jerry Nantell, a veteran Coachella Valley Banker, is senior vice president and regional manager for the Coachella Valley Region. He is joined by Vice Presidents Marci Spearman, branch manager; Tom Viscounty, business development; Ryan Moore, underwriter, as well as by Joann Dangwillo, loan administrative assistant.

Before starting his desert banking career 15 years ago, Nantell was vice president of worldwide sales for a Midwestern manufacturing company and ran a business consulting firm specializing in various kinds of management training.
He has been active in the Desert Contractors Association, the Desert Valley Builders Association, the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership as well as the Palm Desert, La Quinta and Indio chambers of commerce. He is chairman of the board of Destiny Church.
