PACCAR Keeps Dividend Steady

Updated

Truck manufacturer PACCARannounced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.20 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past five quarters.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Sept. 5 to the holders of record at the close of business on Aug. 16. The recreational vehicle maker has made quarterly payouts to investors since 1993. It has paid a special dividend every year except in 2009.

The regular dividend payment equates to an $0.80-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.5% based on the closing price of PACCAR's stock on July 9.
