Intelsat Announces Preferred Stock Dividend

LUXEMBOURG--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Intelsat S.A. (NYS: I) , the world's leading provider of satellite services, today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.799 per share, to be paid to holders of its 5.75% Series A Mandatory Convertible Junior Non-voting Preferred shares. The dividend, which will be in an aggregate amount of $2.8 million, reflects preferred dividends accrued during the 100 day period commencing on the date of Intelsat's initial offering of preferred shares, April 23, and ending July 31, 2013. The dividend will be paid on August 1, 2013, to holders of record as of July 15, 2013.
