The gaming world is abuzz with the developments that are revealed almost regularly after the reveal of the PlayStation 4 at E3 2013. With pre-orders flying off the charts, people are keen to know every little detail about the console.

New features and trivia that emerge does not cease to amaze us to say the least. Here is a list of 5 things that you may not know about the PS4, with recent developments coupled in.

1. The touchpad is clickable

In addition to the L3 and R3 buttons of the DualShock 3, which we have become habituated till now, there is a new addition in the DualShock 4: a clickable touchpad.

It will be interesting to see the implementation of this additional input in gaming along with the two point interface the touchpad possesses. What developers choose to do with the extra input is anybody's guess as of now.

2. Headset to be bundled with the console.

Chat being a major aspect of gaming in PS4, it is well and good that a headset comes bundled with the console. More so, as cross-game chat is being added as a new feature, the headset will be a welcome addition.

It will be interesting to chat with a friend who is playing Knack while you are playing Killzone, will it not?

3. The light bar cannot be turned off

As recently revealed by SCE Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida, the light bar on top of the DualShock 4 cannot be either dimmed or turned off. This new revelation has sparked some concerns but is a easily fixable aspect for those who might face problems because it.

It's all the same for me as I don't like to play in total darkness for it to pose any threat to gameplay by reflecting on glossy screens. What about you?
