Rockstar has released the first official gameplay video for GTA 5.

The acclaimed developer showcases a healthy amount of footage within the video, which is nearly 5 minutes long. We get a glimpse of driving, gun play and a depiction of the three playable protagonists – a first for the series.

Rockstar never released an official gameplay video for the game's predecessor, GTA 4, which left fans clamoring for the game's release date.

GTA 5 itself launches worldwide on September 17th, 2013. You can watch the video below.
