Ducommun Announces Second Quarter Conference Call

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ducommun Incorporated (NYS: DCO) ("Ducommun" or the "Company") today announced that it plans to release the Company's 2013 second quarter financial results after the market closes on Monday, August 5, 2013. Anthony J. Reardon, the Company's chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Joseph P. Bellino, the Company's vice president and chief financial officer, will host a call that day, August 5, at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET) to review these results.
