Ladenburg Thalmann Sets Monthly Preferred Payouts for Q3
Independent broker and advisor Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Servicesannounced today third-quarter monthly dividends for its 8.00% Series A cumulative redeemable preferred stock of $0.1667 per share.
The board of directors said the monthly dividends are payable on July 29, Aug. 28, and Sept. 30 to holders of record at the close of business on July 15, Aug. 15, and Sept. 15, respectively.
The Series A preferred stock trade on the NYSE MKT (previously known as the Amex, or American Stock Exchange) under the symbol LTS.PRA. Ladenburg Thalmann does not pay a dividend on its regular common stock.
