The Walking Dead: 400 Days

Now that E3 2013 is officially in the books, gamers everywhere are no doubt looking forward to all the next-gen consoles and titles scheduled to start hitting stores later this year. Of course, we all have to endure our annual summer gaming drought before we are able to fully experience next-gen gaming. Luckily this year, there are a few titles that will keep us busy at least until the month's end. The following list highlights 6games coming out this month along with videos and links for more info on each game. Without further ado, here are the Best Games of 2013 for the month of July.

Telltale's award-winning Walking Dead video game series gets a brand new episode later this month. 400 Days features 5 stories of survival and serves as the connecting point between the first and second season. I wrote up a quick preview on the game last month. If you're a diehard fan of Telltale's take on The Walking Dead series, then definitely pick this up once it becomes available later this month.

The critically acclaimed PC game of 2010 is getting a brand new expansion pack on July 9th.Civilization V: Brave New World changes the game completely by offering players new civilizations, policies and ideologies, and two different gameplay scenarios. If you're still in the majority of people who play this game, then picking up this brand new expansion pack is an absolute no-brainer.

Full Title: Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection
Developers: Kojima Productions
Publisher: Konami
Platforms: PlayStation 3
Release Date:July9th (North America) July 11th (Europe)
While most MGS fans are still floored by how great Metal Gear Solid V looks, there are still a handful of people who have yet to experience the full Metal Gear Solid series in all it's glory. The Metal Gear Solid:Legacy Collection was made specifically for these people as it covers the complete series, spanning across 8 phenomenal titles. I would recommend picking up this collection if you're new to the series, or if you desire to have all 8 games on one dedicated console.
