In shedding some more lightabout Tom Clancy's The Division, Ubisoft revealed that player versus player combat will play a "very big role" in the game. Tom Clancy's The Divisionwas first unveiled at E3 2013 earlier this month where it easily became one of the most talked about games at the show.

How Ubisoft revealed the game's open world, online connected experience was reminiscent of when they first revealed Watch Dogs. Remember, during the Watch Dogs reveal, when they zoomed out to show another player actually playing? In similar fashion, the conclusion of The Division demo revealed a massive world filled with players all seemingly connected in a way which has not yet been revealed.

"In certain areas, you can also seamlessly engage in PvP and experience suspenseful scenarios where danger can come from anywhere and anyone," Ubisoft explained. In the demo shown to us, the squad of players looking to evacuate supplies was ambushed by what seemed to be another group of players -- presumably part of an opposing faction. A video of the demo is below to refresh your memory (skip to the end for the PvP part).
