PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYS: HT) , owner of upscale and select service hotels in urban gateway markets, announced that the Company will release its financial results for the second quarter 2013 after the market closes on Tuesday, July 30, 2013. The Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results at 9:00 AM Eastern time on Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Hosting the call will be Mr. Jay H. Shah, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Neil H. Shah, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Mr. Ashish Parikh, Chief Financial Officer.
