Affordable Design Blogger Awards 2013 Open
LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- British based Bathrooms.com are the original advocates of high quality design being available at prices that everyone can afford and are now on the look out for nominations from the public for the Affordable Design Blogger Awards 2013.
The awards program is designed to recognize and celebrate the bloggers and citizen journalists whose eye for affordable home design tips inspire the nation. The competition is open to anyone whose blog includes affordable design ideas and it doesn't matter if they have been posting for weeks or for years.

Nominations will close July 3rd when a shortlist for public vote will be announced.
Those who are shortlisted by the judges will enter a public vote and a separate Judges Award will also be offered by the panel to ensure recognition for shining stars who have not yet reached a global audience. The overall winner will receive a £500 prize and category winners will receive £250 each.
Co- founder and Director of Bathrooms.com Rebekah Monk and Social Media specialist Alex Sass will be judging the entries, looking for online community contributors with a credible voice and enthusiasm for unique, inspirational style.
Rebekah said, "We are evangelists of affordable design and jump at any chance to support bloggers in this area. The aim of the competition is to promote and recognise the nation's favourite sites, pages and blogs- those whose ideas support the affordable design community."
Alex said, "Be it through a blog, Pinterest or even Twitter profile, people are changing the way we feel about design through sharing their own lifestyle choices. Bloggers are setting trends every day and anything we can do to support them is worthwhile. We'll be looking for bloggers who have a perfect eye for affordable design but also those who represent the future icons of these social times."
Any style of blog, website or social media page can be nominated providing it is active in the online world of "affordable design" including but not limited to DIY, craft, interiors and family sites.
