Ventas Announces Second Quarter 2013 Earnings Release Date and Conference Call

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ventas, Inc. (NYS: VTR) ("Ventas" or the "Company") announced today that it will issue its second quarter 2013 earnings release prior to the opening of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Friday, July 26, 2013. A conference call to discuss those earnings will be held the same day at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time).

The dial-in number for the conference call is (857) 244-7319. The participant passcode is "Ventas."
