Sparton Receives Honors for Medical Design Excellence

Recognized with annual award in four of the last five years

SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sparton Corporation (NYS: SPA) has again been recognized with honors by the medical design community. The latest award, in the category of In Vitro Diagnostics, was presented at an awards ceremony for the Medical Design Excellence Awards last week as part of the Medical Design & Manufacturing East Conference and Exposition in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The Medical Design Excellence Awards (MDEA) program honors the highest caliber medical devices on the market today and celebrates the achievements of designers, engineers, and manufacturers. The MDEA is an annual awards ceremony that is organized by UBM Canon and recognized throughout the industry for its prestige.
