Is Apple Stock a Buy at $400?

Apple's stock is hovering around $400 again, but how much has really changed for the company? Apple's still dominant in smartphones and tablets, two rapidly growing markets. Add to that $145 billion in cash and a 3% dividend yield, and Apple stock looks like a great value.

Value and existing products aren't the only reason Fool contributor Travis Hoium thinks $400 is a deal for the stock. Some recent moves on the Apple TV may preview what's to come in the streaming business for Apple, which would surely send the stock higher.
