PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. (NYS: FCX) today declared a cash dividend of $0.3125 per share payable on August 1, 2013 to holders of record as of July 15, 2013 for its common stock.
