Leading Residential Management Company Launches New Branding in Key North American Markets
DANIA BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- FirstService Residential, the residential real estate service subsidiary of FirstService Corporation (NAS: FSRV) (TSX: FSV), announced the rebranding of its 18 property management companies under the FirstService Residential name.

FirstService Residential is North America's largest manager of residential communities with a client portfolio of 6,000 properties representing more than 1.5 million residential units across North America. Under the former brand structure, the management of the client portfolio was divided among the 18 subsidiaries, each operating under its own brand name. With the rebranding, each subsidiary will be renamed FirstService Residential.
