Starbucks' Three New Drinks for the Summer

Updated

Almost a year since launching its Refresher drink line, Starbucks has added one more drink to the the menu: Valencia Orange.

Available nationwide, the Valencia Orange drink is offered in-store and in the Starbucks VIA format. Aptly named, the drink highlights Valencia orange and clementine flavors. Like other "Refreshers," the Valencia Orange drink is lightly caffeinated with green coffee extract and is a low-calorie drink.

In total, there are six Starbucks Refresher flavors. Last year, Starbucks launched five of them: Orange Melon, Raspberry Pomegranate, Strawberry Lemonade, Very Berry Hibiscus, and Cool Lime. The first three were launched last May as canned drinks and then as instant, VIA mixes. The last two flavors were launched last July and are only available in-store.

As part of the launch, Starbucks looks like it's testing two other beverages. For a limited time, the Seattle-based company will offer Orange Spice Iced Coffee and Shaken Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade.

To kick off the Valencia Orange drink launch, Starbucks will offer any size and flavor of any Starbucks Refresher for half the price between June 27-29 from 3-5 p.m.
