Orchard Supply Hardware Common Stock Listing Removed from NASDAQ

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Orchard Supply Hardware Stores (OTCQB:OSHWQ and OTCPINK:OSHSQ), a neighborhood hardware and garden store focused on paint, repair and the backyard, today announced that the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC has removed Orchard's Class A Common Stock from listing and registration on the NASDAQ stock market.

Orchard's Class A Common Stock will continue to trade on OTC Markets under the symbol OSHWQ. The delisting from NASDAQ and transition to OTC Markets comes as a result of the Company's voluntary filing for protection under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on June 17, 2013.

As previously announced on June 19, 2013, Orchard expects that the Company's equity holders will experience a complete loss of their investment as a result of Orchard's Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Trading in shares of Orchard's equity securities during the pendency of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings poses substantial risks and the Company urges extreme caution to trading its Class A Common Stock and Series A Preferred Stock on OTC Markets.
