DPL Energy Resources Receives Highest Ranking in Ohio from J.D. Power

Highest in Residential Customer Satisfaction with Retail Electric Service

DAYTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- DPL Energy Resources, a subsidiary of DPL Inc., has received the highest score among residential electric service providers in Ohio by J.D. Power in its 2013 Residential Retail Electric Provider Satisfaction Study.


The award means DPL Energy Resources outperformed four other retail electric suppliers around Ohio, based on interviews conducted with thousands of residential customers and measures opinions of consumers who recently switched electric service providers.

With a score of 602, DPL Energy Resources ranked well above the Ohio average score of 575. DPL Energy Resources received the highest scores in price, communications, corporate citizenship and customer service.
