Con-way Keeps Dividend Steady
Freight transportation and logistics specialist Con-wayannounced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.10 per share, the same rate it's paid since at least 2000. The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Sept. 13 to the holders of record at the close of business on Aug. 15.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.40-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1% based on the closing price of Con-way's stock on June 25.
