Industrial filtration products manufacturer Clarcorannounced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.135 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past three quarters after raising the payout 12.5% from $0.12 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 19 to the holders of record at the close of business on July 8. The filtration products maker has raised the quarterly payout every year since 1983 while a dividend has been paid every year since 1920.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.54-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1% based on the closing price of Clarcor's stock on June 25.
