PNM Resources Sets Preferred Dividend
Utility operator PNM Resourcesannounced yesterday a second-quarter dividend on its 4.58% series of cumulative preferred stock in the amount of $1.145 per share. The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on July 1.
PNM also pays a regular dividend on its common stock in an amount that equates to a $0.66-per-share annual dividend, yielding 3.1% based on the closing price of PNM Resources' stock on June 24.
